The Problem:
Dr. Danneil Wood has had the pleasure of treating this patient for more than 25 years. Her dental journey began when she first received braces from an orthodontist about 20 years ago. However, in recent years, her teeth have experienced some relapse, which, as shown below, has affected their appearance.
Recently, she returned to Dr. Wood, noticing that her teeth were getting worse. She was particularly unhappy about her crooked lower front teeth and was concerned they were causing wear on the edges of her upper front teeth due to the misalignment. Having had teeth implants in the past, she assumed that orthodontic treatment was no longer an option and initially desired veneers.
The Solution:
While her implants could not be moved, they were already positioned well, thanks to Dr. Glen Baker placing them correctly from the start. After a thorough evaluation, it was determined that Invisalign was the best treatment option.
Dr. Danneil Wood began a six-month Invisalign treatment program to realign her upper front teeth with composite bonding, repairing the worn edges and perfecting her smile.
